Laboratory Newborn Screening Report Access
About LabOnline
As of March 1, 2023, the Kansas Health and Environmental Laboratories (KHEL) has transitioned Newborn Screening (NBS) reports to a reporting portal (LabOnline). LabOnline is intended to grant all providers that see newborns instant electronic access to NBS lab reports.
Reports are available online for 45 days. After 45 days, reports can be requested using a Report Request Form.

LabOnline Registration
To request LabOnline access, please complete a brief survey or scan the QR code below. This survey will request an NPI for verification purposes. Please list your NPI, the NPI of your affiliated medical provider, or the practice NPI. Only one number is needed, and as long as it is valid, the number used will not affect access in any way.
You will receive an email with your username and a temporary password within 1 business day. If you already created an account, the portal can be accessed at https://labreports.kdhe.ks.gov.
Your username is the email address listed when the account was requested. If you need to reset your password, this can be done by clicking the “I forgot my user ID or password” link from the home page.
