Birth Defects Family Support,
Resources & Services

Some babies with birth defects may need access to specialized health services to help them grow. They may be eligible for services through the Kansas Special Health Care Needs Program (also known as KS-SHCN) and Infant-Toddler Services (Tink-K programs) found in their communities, as listed in the resources below. Other programs throughout the state provide new or expectant parents with resources to keep themselves and their children safe, healthy, and nurtured.

To find a program near you, call your local health department.
